  • New Products: All new appliances sold are 100% genuine and come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be supported by the original tax invoice.

  • Spare Parts: We sell only original brand-authorized spare parts. Please ensure you are ordering the correct model number, as technical parts may vary.

3. Service For Philips, Usha, Sujata

  • Authorized Service: All repairs are carried out by brand-trained technicians using genuine parts.

  • Repair Warranty: We provide a 30-day Service Warranty on the specific repair performed if you come to our shop. This does not cover Home Service.

  • Home Service For The Philips Domestic Appliances (Kitchen Appliances, Ironing, Air Purifiers, etc.): 1800 572 1800

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Spare Parts: Since spare parts (like mixer jars or glass lids) can be fragile, we take utmost care in packaging. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours via email or phone.

  • Delivery Timelines: We aim to dispatch orders within [1-2] business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Double-check product specifications and compatibility before ordering.

  • A return or replacement will only be considered under the following conditions if you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • In such rare cases, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must share clear photos/videos of the received item and packaging via WhatsApp or email.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

United Service Plaza shall not be held liable for any indirect or accidental damage resulting from the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) installation of spare parts by the customer. We strongly recommend getting parts installed by our certified technicians.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana.
